Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We do hope that this email finds you well and encouraged in our Lord Jesus Christ. He is moving by His Holy Spirit in many nations and is doing His work in and through His people. There is no crisis which can hinder what God has decided to do.
This also applies to the “Balkan Call”. The “Balkan Call 2020” will be taking place and in order to promote it we need your help. We would like you to record a short presentation video of yourself in which you share briefly what the “Balkan Call” means to you and how God has used it to change your heart. It should be no longer than 2 minutes. The technical team of the “Faith Church” in Sofia, Bulgaria, which will be the host of this year’s “Balkan Call”, has kindly agreed to put it together.

They also have given us a few pointers about what the video should be like. Here they are:

1. You should be in the picture from the waist upwards and your eyes should be level with the upper third of the frame. The video should be recorded in the wide horizontal format rather than the vertical one.
2. The lighting should be on you from the front or from both sides.
3. The resolution should be 1920×1080.
4. Please make sure that the sound is loud enough and of good quality.
5. Be very short and dynamic.
6. Topic: What does the Balkan Call mean to you and how has God used it to change your heart?
7. The language should be English. If that is not possible, please provide if possible, some means of translation like an interpreter or a translated transcript which could be turned into subtitles. If it is not possible, just give it your best shot.
8. Please use either wetransfer.com or transfer.pcloud.com. If that is not possible for you, please use one of the cloud platforms you are subscribed to (Google Drive, One Drive, Drop Box, etc.) and please send all sharing links to [email protected].

Please be aware that we will be using the material you are sending exclusively in connection with the “Balkan Call”. Since it will be published on various social media platforms in connection with promoting the “Balkan Call”, we cannot be responsible if anyone uses it and shares it beyond these platforms. By sending this material to us you are agreeing to this. Thank you for your understanding.

It would be great if you could send it to us by 13th July 2020 at the very latest. Thank you.
